In accordance with the Club’s constitution:NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held on Wednesday 8th February 2023 – 7:30 @ The Poachers Tavern, Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire, PR5 6BA.Nominations for the following Committee membership are invited in accordance with the constitution:

  • Chair
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Race Control Rep (Vacancy)
  • Track Designer
  • Communications Rep
  • Race Representative x 4
  • Junior Representative (Vacancy)

The Committee welcome nominations from Senior Club Members for Committee positions, with the expectation that they play an active part in the running and management of the club, will commit to attend Committee Meetings (normally no more than 4 times a year) and they contribute during a race night. A description of the committee member roles and responsibilities is contained in the constitution.

No proposed changes to the constitution have been submitted.
